You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

You must provide accurate information when required.

You must not create accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to HypeSpot.

You must have the necessary rights to publish the content you submit.

HypeSpot may modify, restrict, remove, or reject listings that violate these Terms, the Rules, applicable law, or platform requirements.

HypeSpot may allow users to purchase sponsored ranking or visibility.

The amount paid for sponsored ranking is a payment for visibility/ranking within the applicable HypeSpot placement.

A sponsored position does not represent an endorsement by HypeSpot.

HypeSpot does not guarantee that a sponsored listing will generate clicks, impressions, leads, sales, customers, revenue, search recommendations, or positive reviews.

Ranking mechanics may change as the product evolves.

The amount required to obtain or maintain a position will be shown by HypeSpot before payment where applicable.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay and Dodo Payments.

The available payment method and payment provider may vary based on customer location, currency, transaction type, and provider availability.

You authorize HypeSpot and its payment providers to process the payment amount shown at checkout.

Payment-provider terms may also apply to the transaction.

Prices and bid amounts may be displayed in different currencies depending on the user's location, selected currency, payment method, or platform configuration.

Currency conversion rates, taxes, payment-provider fees, and other charges may affect the final amount charged.

The final amount shown at checkout is the amount the customer authorizes for payment.

HypeSpot does not provide discretionary refunds simply because:

• a user changes their mind
• a listing receives fewer clicks than expected
• a listing receives fewer impressions than expected
• a listing does not generate sales
• another listing receives more attention
• the user is dissatisfied with the performance of the ranking

However, refunds or payment reversals may be provided where:

• HypeSpot charged the customer incorrectly
• the same transaction was accidentally charged more than once
• HypeSpot failed to deliver the purchased digital service
• HypeSpot determines that a refund is appropriate
• a refund is required by applicable law
• a payment provider, card network, bank, or regulator requires a reversal

Any eligible refund will normally be returned through the original payment method. See the Refund Policy for more information.

Customers should contact HypeSpot first regarding genuine payment or service issues.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

You retain ownership of content you submit where applicable.

By submitting content to HypeSpot, you grant HypeSpot the permissions necessary to host, display, reproduce, format, distribute, and publicly display that content as part of operating and promoting the platform.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant these permissions.

Reviews and reputation signals represent platform/community information and may not always reflect an objective assessment.

HypeSpot may moderate reviews and reputation-related content according to its Rules and moderation systems.

HypeSpot does not guarantee that every review or reputation signal is accurate.

Verification means that HypeSpot has verified a particular claim, evidence item, account detail, or source according to the applicable verification process.

Verification does not guarantee:

• quality
• performance
• honesty beyond the verified claim
• future results
• customer satisfaction

Verification may be removed if the underlying information changes or is found to be inaccurate.

HypeSpot may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, third-party service outages, and other circumstances may temporarily affect the platform.

HypeSpot may rely on third-party services for payments, authentication, hosting, analytics, storage, search, communications, verification, and other infrastructure.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

Users must comply with the HypeSpot Rules and applicable laws.

HypeSpot may suspend or terminate accounts or listings that violate these Terms, the Rules, applicable law, or create significant risk to the platform or its users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HypeSpot is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

HypeSpot may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with the updated effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the specified jurisdiction.
